Can I import a car if I have never done this before?
Yes, most of our clients are first timers. You do not need a US auction account, a US address, or any shipping knowledge. You pick the car, approve the landed price, and we run everything else.
How much does it cost to land a car in the UAE?
It depends on the vehicle, the auction price, the US port, and RORO versus container. We give you one all in landed quote before you commit, covering the car, towing, ocean freight and customs, so there are no surprises at the port.
How long does shipping take?
Roughly, expect a few weeks from winning the bid to arrival, plus clearance. Transit time varies by US port and sailing schedule. We share tracking at every stage, and if you need a car sooner, our showroom has stock that is already landed in the UAE.
Do you deliver outside Sharjah?
Yes. The yard is our base, but we deliver across every emirate, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, and arrange onward transport across the GCC.
What if the car arrives with damage?
Every car is photographed at the lot and at loading, so condition is documented before it sails. Because iShip handles the freight directly, claims and questions go to one team that actually owns the shipment, not an anonymous line.
